Selecting the wall colour

Colour is a powerful tool. Get it right and it will rejuvenate your place and improve your wellbeing. Get it wrong and it will affect how you feel about the space and how you use it.

Colour choice is always a subjective issue. We can help you select the right colour for your project. We assess how you use the space and take into account the light, any original features and any furnishings you wish to retain before starting the conversation around colour choices.

Our recommendations are based upon your style and what you are trying to achieve. We measure the area to calculate how much colour you need for the best result.

Design concept consultation

A design concept starts with an idea, something you have been thinking about but could not quite get right.

The design concept consultation is a creative process, your thoughts and our ideas are put together to find a solution that looks and feels right for you. As with any discussion, we always take a global view and the preferences you may have, your budget and potential of the space being designed.

Every client’s requirements are unique. We visit your home to do an in depth design consultation where we measure and check the space for opportunities, limitations, the type of construction, looking for problems and opportunities you may not have considered.

We present to you a design concept and written report that encompasses all we discussed. The consultation process helps everyone understand what is on your wish list, what your expectations are and assists you in managing the budget.

The design concept consultation fee is €420.00 per room

At this point you have the choice to either use the design and manage the changes yourself or continue working with us and use our fully managed service.

FULLY MANAGED DESIGN SERVICES

After the visit to your home to do a design consultation we then produce an initial layout plan and our design team create a mood board presentation for you. A mood board is a visual reflection of our ideas and design incorporating the detailed conversations we had with you about your wishes, needs and possibilities. A mood board includes samples and pictures of the furnishings, materials to be used, colours, types of furniture and more. This will give you an idea of what is possible and any implications as far as building works.

The fee for the mood board and indicative budget for the design work is €495.00 per room.

Next we produce a line by line milestone action plan detailing the works and dependencies for each trade so you can obtain bids from the trades, schedule the contractors and arrange payment options.

We then supervise the workmen to ensure our standards of workmanship are upheld. At all times we keep you informed of progress, advise of any issues and monitor the budget. For a fully managed design service we charge a management fee of 25% to the overall costs of the project.

Preparing property for sale

A solution for private sellers where no agent is involved. Our experts will visit and advise you how to prepare your home to maximise the sales price. Our service includes up to 4 hours consultation time on how to arrange internal furniture, which replenishments eg, the walls, flooring, lighting, windows would increase the value and how the house presents. We will advise you on what to add and what to remove to make the property as attractive as possible to a potential buyer. This is not a structural or valuation report.

Store visits and shopping

Advising clients on furniture, upholstery, soft furnishing and lighting selection ensuring various interior elements and colours are harmonized and the best solutions are sought.

Store visits and shopping service: €38.00

FLOOR PLAN(S)

We produce a Floor Plan which includes determining the placement of the furniture and lighting within the room.

Floor planning: €130,00 per room/space.

Discount price is available for larger projects including whole house floor plans. The price is dependant on number of rooms/space. Contact us for a personalised quote.

Terms of business

The prices quoted above are for standard residential properties where room/space size per area does not exceed 30 m2. Included in the price is:
• introductory 1hr of free consultation face to face or online
• travel up to 20 m/km from our offices in Pula and Osijek.

We advise all our clients to me mindful of “scope creep “. This can happen when continuous or uncontrolled growth in a project’s scope occurs. We will monitor this on your behalf, including if a change will incur additional charges, impact the timetable or availability of the trades.

Contract obligations do apply when our services are engaged. The contract will clearly set out what we have agreed to deliver, cost and timetable.

Prices quoted may vary if circumstances or scope changes.

Invoices must be paid within 15 working days after the issue date.
