Our approach

We design and deliver considered homes that balance architectural intent, build reality and long-term value. Our work is shaped by international experience, careful judgement and a belief that good design should be calm, functional and enduring.

We approach every project with clarity and discipline, ensuring design decisions are grounded in how a home will be built, lived in and sustained over time. Sustainability is not treated as an add on, it is integrated through material choices, energy performance and a preference for longevity over trend.

We work selectively and collaboratively, bringing together design thinking and on site expertise to reduce risk and ensure quality from concept through delivery.

About Mirabell Group

Mirabell Group was established in the UK in 2014 as Mirabell International Ltd and relocated to Croatia in 2025. The practice has evolved through work across consulting, property and design, shaping an approach that combines strategic thinking with practical delivery and clear decision making.

Today, our work focuses on residential projects in Croatia alongside selected international commissions. We support clients who value international standards, thoughtful design and well executed construction, bringing clarity and continuity from concept through delivery.

Leadership

Mirjana Berecic-Hall leads Mirabell Group. She is a qualified interior designer and a member of the British Institute of Interior Design, with a background spanning design, marketing and business management.

Her experience includes delivering residential renovations in both the UK and Croatia, working at the intersection of design intent, construction reality and client decision making. This perspective underpins Mirabell Group’s emphasis on clarity, integration and long-term value.

How we work

We collaborate with trusted craftspeople, builders and specialists, selected for their reliability, skill and shared commitment to quality. Where appropriate, we prioritise reuse, refurbishment and responsible sourcing of materials, ensuring each project is approached with care for both its context and its environmental impact.
